• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 eggs
• 3.17 oz sugar, for the dough
• 1 pinch salt
• 3.88 oz butter, for the dough
• 1/4 oz baking powder
• 9 1/3 oz plain (all-purpose) flour
