Japanese Soufflé Cheesecake

• 7.05 oz cream cheese
• 1.06 oz butter
• 3 1/3 tbsp milk
• 3 egg yolks
• 3 egg whites
• 1/3 oz cake flour
• 2/3 oz cornstarch
• 2 1/3 oz granulated sugar
• 1 tsp lemon juice
