Sicilian Roasted Potatoes

• 2.6 lb potatoes
• 3 tbsp unsweetened yogurt
• 1 tbsp ketchup
• 5 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp chilli flakes
• 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
• 1/2 tsp curry powder
• 2 clove garlic
• salt the potatoes
• fresh parsley, chopped, batay sa panlasa
