No captions or audio transcript were available for this video, so the recipe is built from the on-screen text overlays cross-referenced with the creator's written description — the two agree on every quantity. Two places where the on-screen text is followed over the description: the on-screen callout marks the oregano as "[optional]" (the description just lists it), and the on-screen text says to rest the dough for 15 minutes while the description says 10–15 minutes. Half a tablespoon of dough per cracker gives about 30 crackers; the video bakes about 12 at a time on a 37 x 25 cm (14.5 x 10 in) tray. Oregano can be swapped for any herb or spice.
