Beef Stew with Mushrooms and Potatoes

• 1.54 lb beef
• 8.82 oz mushrooms
• 2 potatoes
• 1 onion
• 1 carrot
• 1/2 red bell pepper
• 2 celery stalks
• 3 clove garlic
• 2 cup beef broth
• 8 tbsp red wine
• 4 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 tbsp flour
• 1 tsp rosemary
• 1 tsp sweet paprika
• 1/3 oz parsley
• salt – to taste
• black pepper – to taste
• 1 tbsp olive oil
